Account book, 1715-1731.

This account book contains invoices for dry goods consigned to Brooks while he was a passenger aboard a ship sailing from London to Boston in 1715. There are a few invoices of goods shipped to Brooks after he established himself in business in Boston, and a few invoices of goods (tar and pitch, some gold and silver) shipped back to London. The bulk of entries in this volume consists of daybook entries of goods bought by Brooks of other New England merchants during the period 1728 to 1731.
